We recommend that you purchase an extra similar size or one size smaller or the smallest band. This will allow you to alternate between garments, so that it will be less stretched out in time. Furthermore, enhance training by getting a smaller size detachable band to anticipate your waist going down in size.

Mix and match the colours available or get them one size smaller to continue your training when you are reducing in size.
