HOW TO SCULPT YOUR WAIST?
Waist training is the process of reducing your natural waistline, accentuating curves and strengthening your abdominal muscles with the aid of a high compression sculpting band. This resistance training for your abs, is equivalent to you doing sit ups. Not only does it work on your core, it's a cardiovascular exercise. Follow these simple steps:
1) Start by taking deep breaths and warm up your body before use.
2) Stretch and lengthen your body
3) Remove the external straps
4) Hold the middle part of the two ends
5) Breathe in and suck your tummy in, while lengthening your body
6) Close up on the tummy area, from bottom up (you want any fats to be lifted up into the closure, use your forearm to hold down your waist
7) Close up slowly on the other side, and use your forearm to hold the band steady
8) With two hands, hold the end of the Velcro, pull and close up (refer to our customers video tutuorial under website product information)
Measure your waist size and pen into the diary section of this booklet. When you bend to the side, the deepest wrinkle is your waistline:
Before and after use, wipe with an antibacterial wet wipe. Leave to air-dry overnight. Do not keep damp. Hang dry and disinfect sculpting bands daily.
Wear over a slim fit top or on bare skin.
For beginners, we recommend for you to tighten the compression gradually.
Wear at least 2-4 hours daily and workout for 30 minutes with Babywaist at least 3 times a week.
Option to wear immediately after workout, you will allow muscles to rebuild to the shape of your sculpting band
You can wear before, during or after food, but loosen the fastener.
Practice vacuum stomach exercises. Exhale: feel your stomach and rib-cage hollowing. Inhale: push your belly and chest against the sculpting band. Repeat this step.
